What should I do when talking to  

my friends and family isn't helping?

If sharing your feelings with your loved ones doesn't help, there are many other individuals you can talk to. These of which include:

  • another trusted adult

  • school teachers, counselors

  • and individuals in church.

 

If you have reached a point in your heartbreak that shows and leads to signs and symptoms of depression, addiction or compulsive disorders, please contact your primary health care provider for reference to recieve the appropriate treatment, or call to schedule an appointment today.
